How does it work? Item(s) must be picked up and returned from the concierge or leasing office Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM. Make sure you create a reservation for each day you require. If you reserve an item on Friday and Monday, you get to keep it all weekend. Items must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance and up to 60 days out. Stop by the concierge if you have any last-minute reservations, special requests, or questions. We’d love to make it work if we can!

Borrower acknowledges and agree to the following terms regarding the borrowed item(s), regardless of whether the booking was made by you or on your behalf by Management. (1) Borrower accepts full responsibility for the borrowed item(s) listed below and will return them in the same condition as received. (2) Borrower agrees that any damage, loss, or theft of the borrowed item(s) during my possession may result in charges to my account for repair or replacement at the discretion of management. (3) Borrower will return the borrowed item(s) by the agreed-upon date and understand that failure to do so may result in additional charges or restrictions on future borrowing privileges. (4) Borrower understands that the borrowed item(s) are provided for my personal use, and I assume all risk associated with the use of the item(s). The Ten at Clarendon and its management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during my use of the borrowed item(s).

Item(s) must be picked up and returned from the concierge or leasing office. You'll need to present your ID at pick-up. Pick-up and return times are Monday-Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.

To ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone, Borrower agrees to follow these instructions when borrowing cooking and serving items: (1) Clean Before Use: Even if items appear clean, please wash them before use to ensure they are ready for food handling. (2) Clean After Use: Wash all items thoroughly with dish soap and warm water after use. Items should be returned free of food residue and stains. (3) Hand Wash if Needed: If an item is labeled as "hand wash only," avoid putting it in the dishwasher. Handle all items with care. (4) Dry Completely: Ensure items are completely dry before returning them. (5) Allergy Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee that items are free from allergens. Users are responsible for cleaning items before use, and The Ten at Clarendon is not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from use.
