At Ten at Clarendon, the base rent listed online does not include utilities. Utilities are billed separately and conveniently managed through your resident accounts. Water, sewer, and trash are billed directly through the resident portal, while electricity is billed separately through Dominion Energy. Residents are also responsible for internet and cable services.
